Delivery Information

Our Collection Policy: Same day collection for orders placed before 12:00 noon. Our collection times are 9:30am to 4:30pm. To collect your order you must receive an email notification first. You must also bring a copy of the order acknowledgment (if the order confirmation is on your phone that is valid too!) or a form of ID of the person who placed the order.

For click and collect orders under £10.00, we charge a handling fee of 50p.

We aim to deliver the goods within 24 Hours from the date of dispatch within mainland UK (except for Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland deliveries - see below for details); We will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours on clearance of payment. Shipping cost varies by region, please email us if you are ordering from outside the defined shipping zones.

*Islands and Scottish Highlands means all addresses within the postcode areas beginning with AB31 -56, PH19-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27 and KA28, HS and all addresses within the Scottish Highlands. An additional 48 hours should be allowed for deliveries in these areas from the date of dispatch.

~Northern Ireland and Islands include Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. An additional 48 hours should be allowed for deliveries in these areas from the date of dispatch.

UK mainland deliveries are on 1-5 day service. For all international/european deliveries , please allow an additional 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. During peak times please allow the delivery time scale within 5 to 6 working days from the date of order placed.

PLEASE NOTE: If nobody is available to collect the delivery, couriers may leave a card to inform you with information on various methods on how you can get your delivery.

For International and other European orders outside the UK are exempt from paying UK VAT, it is your responsibility to notify Poundlines Online Sales Team prior to payment that you are exempt from VAT. We must have a valid VAT number before invoicing and dispatch of goods. Delivery of goods must be to the registered VAT address. We are unable to refund VAT if we do not have this information verified before payment.


In the event of claims for Faulty or Damaged merchandise; Please fill the Contact Us form on the website and one of our team member will get back to you within 2 working days. It remains the customers responsibility to arrange for return of the goods, and once assessed a decision will be made as to refunds. Goods will not be accepted back after 14 days of delivery.

Safe return of the goods and transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

A refund will be made within 5 working days of the goods being received back into stock. Not including carriage charges, providing the goods are in the same condition as when dispatched i.e. all packaging must be intact.

Poundlines Online will not be responsible for any further Shipping costs incurred by the seller,

We are unable to refund or credit items which in our opinion have been deliberately damaged. 

All orders in the process of being invoiced out and packaged are double checked by at least 4 members of staff.

Invoice for your goods is always placed in your carton; if your invoice is missing you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

In the event of wrongly picked item received by the customer then Poundlines Online is responsible for the cost of shipping occurred to be reimbursed to customer following receive of goods.

If you wish to cancel your order before the dispatch please email us or contact our office with 24hrs of your order placed.
